Up Coming Meetings & Member Events

Thursday, January 10, 2019 Networking Partners update
Welcome to 2019! It appears we all survived the holidays and are ready to make this our Best Year yet!
Our guest was Dr. Geoffrey N. Hayes DOM, C.SMA who is the owner of Endpoint Wellness. Geoff is a Certified Sport Medicine Accupuncture® Specialist and he focuses on Musculoskeletal Injuries and Pain Management. Check out his website at www.endpointwellness.com. Hope you come back to visit us Geoff!
Shannon Goins has joined the group; welcome Shannon!
Jay further explained our membership with the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, which is under Networking Partners, so that each of us can utilize the membership better.
Faith and Robin agreed to head up the “task force” to further explore the idea Faith brought up about having a social gathering regularly (monthly or quarterly) that could be moved between members and would allow us to get to know each other better and invite folks that could benefit from our group. We are looking forward to their recommendations to move this idea forward.
Jay has started a calendar to schedule our group speaker, guest speaker and Focus Partner for each of our meetings in 2019. He has asked each of us to let him know of possible guest speakers to add to the calendar.
Next meeting, we will have
Faith Martin-Leithead from Coldwell Banker Legacy as our Focus Partner!
We will also be brainstorming how to build our group, so come with your ideas.
We look forward to building our group and spreading the great business vibes!
Happy New Year let’s make it a Great One!
See you on Thursday January 24th..................Cheers!

Thursday, December 13th 2018 NetworkingParners.Org Update!
We had our last meeting before the holidays and were spoiled by hand made baked goodies from Michelle and Jay, as well as candy canes. Love the reindeer headband Michelle!
Our guest was Shannon Goins, CLT, LMT, MA who is the owner of Pain & Swelling Solutions. Shannon is new to New Mexico and visited our group last month as well. Check out all the amazing things she can do to help with pain and swelling at www.haltmyswelling.com.
We discussed our membership with the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, which is under Networking Partners, so we are thinking about engaging by having each member take a month to attend various functions.
We also discussed the idea Faith brought up about having a social gathering regularly (monthly or quarterly) that could be moved between members and would allow us to get to know each other better and invite folks that could benefit from our group. Some challenges discussed would be times that work for as many of us as possible, given everyone’s personal lives and commitments. Need a champion to coordinate this!

Wishing you and yours a blessed Holiday and may 2019 be our Best Year Yet!

Thursday, November 15th, 2018 NetworkingPartners update!
Today we had two great guests today!
Joe Phillips of Smart Technology Solutions told us a little about his IT company and how their folks are kind and patient with those of us who use computers but do NOT understand them. Hoping he will return on November 29th and give us a full presentation on his services.
Dr. Yvette Arellano, DOM, LMT presented her business and explained some wonderful Chinese medicine and natural therapies for many things we are all suffering from in today’s toxic environment. She works in Rio Rancho, Albuquerque and Cuba. She is an acupuncturist and explained that Chinese medicine is about restoring balance to the body, so it can heal itself. Many of our modern-day ailments are due to bad habits and toxic substances in our food and environment; but the body is very good at healing itself if it is in balance. That is where Chinese medicine comes in, which we all know pre-dates modern medicine by several thousand years. - We hope both will return.
Wishing you and yours a blessed Thanksgiving!
See you the Thursday after; November 29th.
Cheers!

Thursday, November 1, 2018     NetworkingPartners update!
Today we celebrated Jay Soto’s birthday! We would have done more if we knew ahead of time but wishing him well and hearing his thoughts on what comes next in his life were the best part of it.
We discussed the Networking Partners website, which is in the process of an upgrade required by the hosting company GoDaddy. Mainly we want to be sure we start sharing the events, testimonials, and successes that each of us are having so the website can become more active in sharing the group’s news and link back to members’ websites to help build the brand.
It was fun visiting about our Halloween experiences, as we all have different home lives and it isn’t always all business here!
Finally, we helped a member with some internal issues she faces. It was like an informal Board of Directors or a Coaching session. Ah, the power of great minds together!
Cheers!
